Nancy B. Allison

Nancy Blagburn Allison passed away August 26, 2020, at 71 years of age. She was born in Brewton, AL to Doyle and Elizabeth Blagburn, but spent most of her life in Tuscaloosa Al. She worked for many years in banking rising to Branch Manager for Compass in Mobile, Al. A career change in 1998 brought her to EDS to work at the Bellsouth account in Hoover, Al until retirement in 2008. She loved to travel with her husband and went on many adventures around the country until 2015 when her Parkinson/Dementia Disease limited her ability to travel. She spent the remainder of her life with her husband at home which she loved. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Geary Allison, by her children Jenna Scott and Joshua Noland, by her five grandchildren Evelyn and Oliver Ellerbrock, Kelsey and Halley Allison (Geary), and Kayla Clark (Geary), by her sister June Graham and husband Dave Buckley, and by a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Doyle L Blagburn, mother Elizabeth Bell Blagburn, and brother Charles David Blagburn. The family will receive friends for a visitation Monday August 31, 2020 at Ridout Valley Chapel in Homewood, Alabama 10:00-11:00 am. A graveside funeral is scheduled at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on September 3, 2020 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, family ask that donations be made to the Michael J.
