Nancy L. Sellers

Nancy L Sellers, age 77, of Shelby, Alabama passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022. Nancy was born July 13, 1944 to the late Edwin M. and Dorothy S. Sellers. Nancy attended Lakeview Grammar, Shades Valley High School, Penn Hall Junior College and Florida State University.

She was preceded in death by her parents Edwin M. and Dorothy S. Sellers and her sister Leigh Ivey Sellers. Nancy is survived by her furry companion, Sweetie (who gave Nancy constant, unconditional love), her sister Virginia S. Davis, her nieces and nephew Leane Biro Randle (Mike), Denise Biro Watts (Jeff), J. Hilburn Davis, and Sellers Davis Kennington (Curtis). Also survived by her great nephews and nieces, Blake M. Randle, Ivey L Randle, Kaitlyn and Lauren Davis, Grayton and Henry Kennington.

To celebrate Sellers’ life, call your friends and raise a toast to celebrate love and friendship in her memory. Fun times were had by all.

A memorial service for Nancy will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 3:00 PM at Ridout's Valley Chapel, 1800 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209, with a reception following.

In lieu of flowers a donation would be appreciated to Shelby or Birmingham Human Societies, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or any animal rescue organization of your choice.
