Patrick E. Harmon

Pat was born on June 10, 1950 in Birmingham; he was a graduate from John Carroll High School and Jacksonville State University. Pat was the owner of Valley Tire Company in Homewood and a longtime member of our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. He was an avid golfer and boater who loved a good cigar with friends and spending time with his family.

Pat was preceded in death by his father Eugene Harmon. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Joan Griffith Harmon; his children Georgia Harmon, Martha Chadband (Aaron) and Patrick Harmon, his grandchildren: Sophie and Harmon, his mother: Martha K., Harmon and his brothers Michael and Richard Harmon. The family would also give special thanks to John Creel and Expect Care Hospice.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9th from 5p.m. until 7p.m. at Ridout’s Valley Chapel. Funeral mass will be on Friday, July 10th Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church beginning at 10:00 a.m.
