

Daryl was preceded in death by his mother, Roberta Boone and by his son, Andrew Brown. He is survived by his children, Allison Brown, Emma Brown, and Jake Brown.
Earning his MBA from Samford University and Executive in Residence from Northwestern, Daryl worked at "The American Red Cross", Alabama Division, from 1977 until 1986. He started as an Accounting Clerk and was then named Comptroller by the Board of Directors. Soon afterwards, he became Deputy Manager of Blood Services. Daryl also served as the HealthSouth President of Outpatient Services and was also the CEO of Nations Pharmaceuticals.
Friends are cordially invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, the 23rd of May, from five o'clock in the afternoon until seven o'clock in the evening at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood. Graveside services will commence at half past two o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 24th of May, at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Hoover, Alabama.
