

Born in Texas on the 17th of August 1923, she was the daughter of Judson Adonirom Covington and Mary Esther Mitchell Covington. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John B. Morrison; by her second husband, William S. Perry; and by her son, Gary W. Morrison.
She is survived by her son, Randy V. Morrison (Alice); two grandsons, Daniel Morrison and Ian Morrison (Kelly); great grandson, Finn Morrison; and by her daughter in law, Linda Morrison.
A graduate of Howard College (now Samford University), Mrs. Morrison began her professional career at Prescott Clinic in East Lake. She then moved to Baptist Medical Center – Princeton and served as the Department Head of Gastroenterology for 35 years. Mrs. Morrison was a member of the Scottish Society of Birmingham and a member of The Church at Liberty Park (formerly Woodlawn Baptist Church).
Friends are cordially invited to the graveside service which will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, the 5th of September at Forest Hill Cemetery. Reverend Randy Overstreet will officiate.
