Raymond Gregory Weaver Sr, born Sep 22, 1934 passed away on June 22nd 2015 surrounded by his loving wife of 62 years Mary Lou, and their four sons. Ray “Budro” Weaver began a lifelong career in sales at the age of 18, highlighted by 21 years at Wood Chevrolet. In later years he provided guidance and leadership to the Amvets Organization, and has many friends there. A devoted husband and father, Ray enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and smoking his famous “Ray’s pork butts” loved by all. He enjoyed playing cards, and an occasional trip toTunica. Ray is survived by his wife Mary Lou, sons Greg, Pat, Mark and Jeff, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and two sisters, Betty and Joyce. Visitation will be at Ridout’s Valley Chapel Friday on June 26th at 12:30 with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Burial at Forest Hill Cemetery will follow the service.
