Reba Brown Ribe

Reba Brown Ribe, age 93 of Vestavia Hills, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017. Mrs. Ribe was a long time member of Vestavia Country Club, where she enjoyed playing golf with her friends. She retired from nursing after 25 years from St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham and was a member of Mountain Chapel United Methodist Church for 20 years.

Mrs. Ribe was preceded in death by her husband Arthur "Art" M. Ribe. She is survived by her sons: Robert Lyons Feld, Jr. and Gerald Thomas Feld (Brenda); her daughter: Sally Joanna Davidson (Bill)her grandsons: Robert David Feld (Taylor Deal), Michael Jon Feld, Matthew Thomas Feld (Laura), Daniel Paul Feld (Meghan) and Aaron Wesley Feld (Brittany); her granddaughters: Melissa Davidson, Jennifer Oradat (Jason) and by her great grandchildren: Eli Thomas Feld, Samuel Paul Feld, Henry Harlen Feld, Margaret Oradat, Liam Oradat, Ashley Davidson.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 5 until 7 pm at Ridout's Valley Chapel. Graveside services will be private for the family.
