Reverand Robert Stephen Malone, Jr, age 49, of Birmingham, formerly of Gulf Shores, AL, died on May 23, 2011 at dawn. Steve was born in Norfolk, VA, graduated from Foley High School, Auburn University and Reformed Theology Seminary. He was a realtor with the Mountain Brook office of Realty South. Steve is survived by his wife, Melanie; parents, Robert and Cynthia; godmother, Marthe Blake-Adams and mother-in-law, Marilyn Beard; children, Madeleine, Margaret, Anna Claire, Mary, Colin, Brennan, Wesley, siblings Frank (Jennifer), Marshall (Jeanette), Charles (Anne), many loving aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. He is a member of All Saints Episcopal Church of Homewood, AL. Steve was a man of few, but kind and generous words and quiet but true ways. A memorial service will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church, on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 4:00 p.m., vesper hour. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Red Mountain Community School, P.O.
