Scotty was an all around good guy and my friend. We worked together over the years at various radio stations. He always had some interesting stories to share and could always make you feel happy. Since I moved to Japan, I only got to visit with him once a year when I came back to Alabama on vacation. Our annual get-together at Bob Sykes Bar B Q in Bessemer was something I looked forward to. He will be missed by all that knew him. Rest in Peace my dear friend.
