Tyler Wayne Martin passed away at home October 12, 2024. Born December 16, 1951, Tyler grew up in Sylacauga, AL and graduated with honors from B.B.Comer High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham. Tyler’s kind demeanor, big heart, and outgoing personality made him a natural for retail sales. He enjoyed a successful career serving his customers at Sharp Carpet and Shunnarah Flooring in Homewood, AL. Tyler never met a stranger and will be missed by all who knew him.
Tyler is predeceased by his parents, Thomas Wayne Lovett and Edith Hammock, and his brother, Michael Lee Eskridge. He is survived by his sister, Rita Kelley, his sister-in-law, Rhanya Eskridge, and beloved nephews.
