What a wonderful lady. Mae and I will truly miss her. There is no doubt that she is in heven and probably baking a lemon cake for someone.

Although it was many years ago when I last saw my Aunt Carmie, I know that she and my mom, Marie, were the dearest of sisters and mom told me all about her.  Now Marie, Carmie, and Anna are together with God in Heaven, and renewed in body and spirit.  Our moms will live in our hearts and memories forever.

I love remembering Grandma throughout all of the different times in my life.  I remember the plastic covered furniture that she just loved, and the beautifully old sewing machine she had in her kitchen.  I remember the fun lady that dared to go on a cross-country journy with me, my brother, my parents and my other grandparents to Disney Land and the Royal Gorge.  I remember the beautiful woman who never took a bad photograph, and leaves me with very fond and tangible memories of her.  I loved my trips out to see her, and will cherish those times forever.  She has an entire family here in Colorado Springs that will miss her dearly.  Each and every one of us.  Love you Grandma!
