Jerry Martin Isaacs

Born in Hamilton, Ohio,Jerry spent his youth in Richmond, IN, and graduated from Centerville (Indiana) High School in 1968.After six years of service in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, Jerry spent his professional career advocating for workers’ rights as a contract negotiator for the United Food & Commercial Workers Union, Local 23, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Jerry was an avid golfer and spent his time on the greens of Homosassa as a member of the Sugarmill Woods Country Club. He was a member of the Crystal River Florida Moose Lodge and past president of the Cypress Village Property Owners Association.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Joyce Isaacs. He is survived by two brothers, Edward (Vickie) Isaacs of Homosassa and Richard (Teresa) Isaacs of Eaton, Ohio: nephew Jacob Isaacs; four nieces: Laura Isaacs, Jennifer Kenney, Sara Loomis, and Jessica Isaacs; great nephew Caleb Kenney.

Private graveside services will take place in Richmond,Indiana, on Sept. 23, 2023.
