Marian Helen Law

Born in Michigan City, Indiana on Sept. 27, 1929 daughter of the late Clement and Marian (Hartke) Jordan. She worked as an assistant Mail Carrier for the U S Post office in Mill Creek, IN. She moved to Homosassa 20 years ago from Michigan City and was a Cosmetician for Walgreens of Homosassa. She has been a member of the First Christian Church of Homosassa Springs since 1991 where she played the piano and the organ.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Gregory Hamilton and daughter-in-law Barbara Hamilton; brothers Clement, David and John Jordan; sister Fina Misener.

She is survived by 2 sons Fred (Debbie) Hamilton of Homosassa and Glenn (Debbie) Hamilton of Cedar Lake, IN; 3 daughters Linda (Paul) McKenzie of Crystal River, FL, Connie (Doug) Johnson of Naples, FL and Billy Ann Gerardi of Homosassa, FL; 2 sisters Patricia Bracken and Anna Laughlin of Michigan City, IN; 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 a. m., Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010 at the First Christian Church of Homosassa Springs, with Rev. Robert Miller officiating. Friends will be received at the Church from10 a. m. until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Crystal River Memorial.
