Mattie Rose Carfi

Mattie attended St Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church in Homosassa. She enjoyed playing cards, ceramics, needle point and being with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years John J. Carfi of Homosassa; sons Sam Carfi and wife Diann of Apopka, FL and Frank Carfi of San Francisco, CA; daughter Annmarie Barrett and husband Ken of Brooksville, FL; sisters Stephanie Finazzo and husband Tony of Detroit and Josephine Mazzola and husband Joe of Sterling Heights, MI; 4 grandchildren Samantha, Brian, Kemberly and Matthew; great- grandson David.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a. m., Thursday, Oct. 14 at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church with Fr. Ronald Marecki celebrant. Entombment will follow at Fero Memorial Gardens, Beverly Hills, FL.
