Nancy Lehman

Nancy Lehman, 93, of Homsassa, passed away on Tues., Jan. 27, 2015 at her daughter Connie’s home. A native of Philadelphia, PA, she was born Oct. 18, 1921 to Vincent and Sebastiana (Quadarella) Marino, one of five children. As well as a lifelong homemaker, Nancy was a retired seamstress for Queen Casuals, Atco, NJ and moved to Homosassa 34 years ago from Lindenwold, NJ. Mrs. Lehman was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, the Loyal Order of Moose, and was a former member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Nancy is survived by her three children: Connie Cartwright (husband Tim), Homosassa; Roy Lehman (girlfriend Flo), Carneys Point, NJ and Karl Lehman, Citrus Springs; grandchildren Ryan, Dirk, Crista, Nancy and Melissa and great grandchildren Richard, Joey, Bodi, Carter, Emma, Ross, Brooke, Morgan and Avery. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, the late Roy Lehman, on Jan. 21, 2007; an infant brother, as well as siblings Rose, Joseph and George, and daughters-in-law Londa and Dorothy Lehman. Friends will be received on Mon., Feb. 2, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 noon at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa, where a service of remembrance will commence at 12:00 noon.
