Richard “Dick” Soucia, 69 of Crystal River, Florida died Monday, December 13, 2010 in Lecanto, Florida. Born February 22, 1941 in Peterborough, New Hampshire and moved to Crystal River in 1988 from Keene, New Hampshire. Dick was manager of Mister Mower Sales and Service of Homosassa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Irene (Cherest) Soucia. Dick is survived by his wife of 36 years Virginia H. Soucia of Crystal River; 2 sons Richard Soucia, Jr. of Ocala, FL and Michael Soucia of Marlboro, NH; daughter Wendy Johnson and husband Rocky of Palm Harbor, FL; 2 step-sons Raymond Royce of Richmond, NH and Rick Royce of Keene, NH; step-daughter Kim Royce Bass and husband Willie of Homosassa, FL; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa Springs, FL, 6:30 p. m., Thursday, December 30, 2010, In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Dick may be given to Hospice of Citrus County, P. O. Box 614270, Beverly Hills, FL 34464
