Robert J. Fisher
February 11, 1939 – July 23, 2013
Robert J. “Bob” Fisher, 74, of Homosassa, FL, passed away on Tues., July 23, 2013 at his home. A native of Canton, OH, he was born Feb. 11, 1939 to John and Ada (Barton) Fisher, one of three children. Bob moved to Homosassa in 1978 from Texas and was a lifelong talented musician, having played the drums since the age of four. He was also a U.S. Army veteran between the Korean and Vietnam Wars and was a drummer in the Army Band. Mr. Fisher is survived by his wife, Monica Lynn Fisher, Homosassa; son Robert J. Fisher Jr., Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter Vicki L. Fisher, Crystal River, FL; daughter Tammi Kennedy, Middleport, OH; stepdaughter Tracie Stodner-Hernandez, Brooksville, FL; stepson Randy Pope, Greenville, SC; sister Diane Litten, Canton, OH; sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Bob and I lived a block apart in N. Industry...went thro all 12 years of school together. I know he will be missed by friends and family!
