Roy H. Morgan, Jr., 70, of Homosassa, FL, passed away on Sat., Feb. 13, 2016 at Hospice House in Lecanto, FL. A native of Parkersburg, W. VA. and resident of Ohio for many years, Roy was born on July 24, 1945, the only child to Roy, Sr. and Mary Morgan. Mr. Morgan served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era and was a retired millwright for Weirton Steel, Weirton, W. Va. and moved to Homosassa 17 years ago from Ohio. Roy is survived by son Dallas (wife Kelli) Morgan, Inverness; daughters Ellie and Catherine Morgan, both of Crystal River; cousin Brenda Edwards, Weirton, W. Va. and grandchildren Sydney, Phillip and Caden. In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Morgan, in 2001. Friends will be received on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa.
