Andrew See Hing Young, 81, of Kaneohe, Hawaii, passed away on July 14, 2014. He was a Civil Engineer. Andrew is survived by his wife, Beryl Y. Young; sons, Andy J. K. and Scott; daughter, Teresa Siedenburg; brothers, Clarence, Ronald, Jerry, Edwin, and Frank; sisters, Alberta Lau, Bernice English, and Cynthia Keller; 2 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild.
