Charles "Charlie" Celestino Gumapac Sr., 88, of Waimanalo, Hawaii, passed away on October 4th. Charles "Charlie" was a Supervisor at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and was born in Paauhau, Hawaii. He is survived by sons, Kale Gumapac and Butch Kapahu; daughters, Mahinalani Ratliff, Joenetta "Cookie" Hamakua, and Keahi "Evan" Kapahu; sister, Rachel Houx; eleven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
Services will be held on October 17th at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel located at 1330 Maunakea Street in Honolulu. Visitation will begin at 9:30am and service at 10:30am. Burial to follow at 1:00pm at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery located at 45-425 Kamehameha Hwy in Kaneohe.
