Charles Raymond Hedley, 84, of Kailua, Hawaii, passed away on August 10th in Kailua. Charles was a Technician and was born in Chicago, Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Hedley; son, Mark Hedley; daughter, Kathy Marchetti; and 4 grandchildren.
