She is survived by her supportive and loving husband Rojelio Tamayo. She is also leaving behind her 5 children, Raechel Vanderford, Rachan Tamayo, Roman Tamayo, Ramiro Tamayo and Rimani Tamayo. As well as her Grandchildren, Xyiloh Maynes-Tamayo, Chazelle Shirley, Cashes Shirley, Alexander Vanderford and Cadence Shirley.
Cheryl had 9 siblings, Lorentia Nihoa(deceased), Lawrence Nihoa Jr, Linus Nihoa(deceased), Marlene Livesay, Sarah Botanes, Ezrum Nihoa, Laurel Deperalta, Emeric Nihoa and Lazarus Nihoa. Her parents Lawrence Sr and Magdalene Nihoa(deceased).
Cheryl was a strong willed and faithful woman. Always persevering through adversity that life threw at her. She was the glue, the rock and the heart. Our family will forever miss her presence and love she had gave to us all. She will always be in our hearts.
