

Clement had four passions in his life: his family, being a heavy equipment operator with Operating Engineer Local #3; having been a marine; and his religion. Clement was a fifty-year member of the Operating Operator Local #3 from which he retired. Clement loved working on cars and was in to all kinds of car racing.
Clement was preceded in death by his father, Clement C. Conceicao; first wife, Judith Conceicao; sister, Laverne Chong; and brothers-in-law, Gary Gumpher and William Chong Jr..
Clement is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Conceicao; daughter, Jessie Conceicao-Lum (Gayne); son, Clement L. Conceicao Jr. (Julie); granddaughter, Hokuokalani Rayala (Will); grandsons, Jesse-Paul Tabilang (Debie); Justin Conceicao-Popa (Noelle); Clement L.K. Conceicao (Yu); Chasye Conceicao; Chavis Conceicao; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Ione Gumpher; and aunt, Laura Sousa (Albert).
First service will be at Borthwick Mortuary on Aug 6th at 5pm. Second service will be on Aug 7th at the Co-Cathedral of St. Teresa at 10am. Burial will be on Aug 9 at 9:30am at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (Punchbowl).
