Clyde Joseph Swain, 89, of Mililani, died May 24, 2010. Born in Honolulu. A retired pipefitter for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and veteran of the U.S. Army. Survived by his wife, Madeline; sons, Paul (Paulette), Anthony "Casey" (Ida), Michael (Lani) and Matthew (Edine); daughters, Bernadette Chamizo and Kathleen; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, James Souza; sisters, Cecelia Silva, Germaine Bento and Madeline "Mickey" Purgelli. Visitation 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m Monday, June 14th at St. Patrick's Church in Kaimuki.; eulogy 12:00 p.m.; mass 12:15 p.m.; burial 2:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veteran's Cemetery in Kaneohe.
