Douglas Forbes Cushnie, 76, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on September 5, 2014. He was born in Chicago, Illinois and was an Attorney at Law. Douglas is survived by his wife, Gina Cushnie; sons, Aukai and Keoni Cushnie; daughters, Heather Cushnie and Cecily Cushnie; brother, Bruce Cushnie; sister, Charm Lyons.
