Funeral Service will be held on December 05, 2013 at Borthwick Mortuary Mauka Chapel, located at 1330 Maunakea St. Honolulu, HI 96817. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and Service at 12:30. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
