Ernest Pimental Soares, 91 of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away at St. Francis Hospice in Ewa Beach on November 11, 2013. He was a Pipe Fitter who was born in Pepeekeo on the Big Island of Hawaii and served in the Army. He is survived by his son, Ernest R. Alvarez; daughters, Elizabeth S. Dole, Ernestine Cabinatan; brother William Soares; sister, Violet Soares; 11 Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on November 21, 2013 at Borthwick Mortuary - Mauka Chapel, located at 1330 Maunakea St. Honolulu, HI 96817. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and Service at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 3:00 PM. Casual Attire and flowers are welcome. Donations may also be made to St. Jude Hospital.
