Felix Louis Duarte Jr, 58, passed august 21, 2016. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, he is survived by his sister, Anna Maria Pacheco; brothers, Mathew Neves and Gabriel Duarte; aunts, Rosemarie Duarte, Lily King, and Lucille Duarte; uncle, Raymond Duarte; and numerous nieces and nephews.
