

Visitation for Foe will be held Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel with Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will occur Monday, March 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Foe Tavete "Chief" Liulama, Sr., 73, passed away on March 2, 2025, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Born on May 7, 1951, in Fagaalu, American Samoa, he lived a life marked by generosity, love, and unwavering support for those around him. His presence was a blessing to many, and he will be deeply missed.
A devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and man of faith, Foe was a Christian who carried his beliefs into every aspect of his life. He is survived by his beloved wife, Haisia Taufa; sons Smurf Liulama, Etisone Taumua, Tanu Liulama, and Gerime Bradley; and daughters Nesa Liulama, Suea Taumua, Ladeija Bradley, Vaiolingi Bradley, and Jessie Mitchell. He was predeceased by his sons Foe Liulama jr and Peter Liulama.
Family and friends will gather to honor his memory on March 17, 2025. A family viewing will take place from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Borthwick Mortuary in Honolulu, Hawaii (1330 Maunakea St), followed by a public viewing from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A service will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Borthwick Mortuary. Burial will follow from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hawaiian Memorial.
Foe’s legacy of kindness and devotion will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort and strength to all who mourn his passing.
