Francis is survived by his son, Clinton Y. Tomita and daughter, Francine Y.T. Hutchison.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Borthwick Mortuary, Mauka Chapel, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. Visitation will be from 9:30a.m. to 2:00p.m. Service will be at 10:30a.m. Inurnment will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 10:00a.m.at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744.
