Frank will ALWAYS be in my heart. He was a friend you could count on for anything. He loved all and was very caring. I miss you so much brother!!!

Brother Frank,  I just learned of your passing today and was heart broken to hear of it.  There are few men in my life I call a Lifetime Brother and you were one in an elite group. Coaching football with you at Pearl City HS with Sandy, Ron, Tufi and Shaun were unforgettable times. Your love for the players and commitment to them where always the best. The passion and fun you brought to practices and games always transcended on the field win or lose. I will miss my intel of HS Football from you and the many discussions we've had about Saint Louis Football , UH Warriors and The OIA. The legacy you leave is by all the lives you have touched through sports at the youth level and beyond. My Sympathy To the Pahia Ohana with all of God's healing and Blessings. Brother Frank, May God be with you through eternal life in his Kingdom and  Until we meet again, Love You My Brother.        


From a dear friend to The Pahia Family my  heart felt condolences.  I was not aware of Frank's passing until I did a search on the internet.  Frank and I were out of touch for awhile as our lives took different directions.
Can't imagine St.Louis Football without Coach Frank and his presence and positive influence with those he touched.  He was a dear friend and wish we could have spent more time together during his last few years.
I will miss not seeing my dear friend looking for me in the stands when he exited the North End Zone Tunnel walking towards the St.Louis Crusader locker room prior to Aloha Stadium games.  I will also miss Frank sitting by himself or with Coach Vinnie way up in the RED or YELLOW seats in the South End Zone videoing teams.  Many times Frank was by himself videoing. 
 And his thumbs up, his smile each and every time the St. Louis Crusader Football Team was victorious!  And that was considerably many, many X over decades!   St. Louis Football was his Passion and his PRIDE!  He lived and portrayed BROTHERHOOD!

I remember heart warming memories of our friendship throughout the years.  You as an athlete on our high school football team, working at St Louis High School with the football team, crossing paths with you at a Kalapana concert, then at the Diamond Head Studios for Hawaii 5-0.  Wow, you truly had a very exciting life.

Rest In Peace and Love Frank! It’s hard to believe you have left us and are now flying with the angels. I am thankful for the day we became friends while in high school and have had a very special friendship over the years. I will miss your happy, carefree self, your smiley face, our occasional meals/outings together, you sending me selfies and most of all our talks and texts.
