Frank was born to parents Frank J. Walters and Carrie Moore on Feb 20, 1942 in St. Louis, MO.
Frank married Norma Hupp in 1964, and the couple had two children. Frank graduated from Lindenwood University with an MBA. He retired from The Boeing Company/McDonnell Douglas after 37 years of service in 1999. He was a US Army veteran and an avid golfer. He was also known by all for his sharp wit.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Christine Karpan (Matt) and his son, Douglas Walters (Kay). He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma C. Walters; his parents, Frank and Carrie; and his brother, Michael Rudnicki.
Frank was a loving father and will forever be missed by his family. The family is grateful for condolences, but declines flowers and donations.
