Frederick M.K. Lam MD, 90, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away at home on November 08, 2013. He was a Physician who was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and is survived by his son, Frederick Guy Lam; daughters, Constance Clapp and Brenda Lam; 5 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
Funeral Service will be held on November 21, 2013 at Borthwick Mortuary - Maunakea Chapel, located at 1330 Maunakea St. Honolulu, HI 96817. Visitatin will begin at 11:00 AM and Service at 12:00 PM. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Aloha attire and family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Francis Hospice
