Funeral Service will be held on January 16, 2014 at Borthwick Mortuary - Vineyard Chapel located at 1330 Maunakea St. Honolulu, HI 96817. Visitation will begin at 9:15 am and Service at 10:15 am. Burial to follow at Diamond Head Memorial Park at 2:15 pm.
