Jeanette B. Valle-Trent (Bernades) was born in Eleele Kauai on January 21, 1943 and passed away peacefully at Straub Hospital on September 30, 2024 at the age of 81 years old. She retired from Eggs and Things after 15 years of service and enjoyed social activities despite her illness. Jeanette was a beloved friend mother, predeceased by her siblings Helen and Joe, and survived by her brother Larry (Julie) Bernades and sister Trini Bernades 2 daughters Vanessa Hicks (Bruce), and Kris-Anne (Rob). As well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at Blaisdell Park in Aiea on February 8, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and attendees are encouraged to wear casual attire or something purple or lavender, her favorite color. The scattering of her ashes will be determined at a later date.
