

Born on December 3, 1943, Jerold Saturnino passed away on March 25, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, strength, and unwavering commitment to his faith and family. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran and later retired from Hawaiian Telephone after many years of hard work and service. Jerold was a loving and devoted father to Celeste, Jeretha, Monica, Jedric, and Heather, and a proud grandfather to 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Jerold was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Saturnino; his mother, Mary Leong; and his sister, Bobbie Saturnino. He is survived by his sister, Norma Anderson. Above all, he shared a beautiful 58-year marriage with his beloved wife, Pat, their partnership built on mutual respect, deep affection, and a shared journey of faith.
While Jerold was known for his stern approach to life, his love for family and church was always evident in everything he did. He believed in teaching the value of hard work, responsibility, and respect, and was steadfast in ensuring that their children grew up with a sense of purpose and integrity.
Jerold was a lifelong member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, where he dedicated much of his time in service to others. He was an altar server for many years, quietly offering his hands to the church in reverence and devotion. His faith was not just something he believed in but something he lived every day.
Jerold also gave tirelessly to the prison ministry, bringing comfort and hope to those who needed it most, and to the food pantry ministry, ensuring that those in need were always cared for.
His commitment to serving others was an inspiration to all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church on September 12,2026 at 9:00 AM.
May Jerold rest in peace, reunited with his Lord and Savior, and forever be remembered for the love, guidance, and unwavering faith he shared with his family, church, and community.
