Jerome is survived by his significant other, Tiare Iosefa; his sons, Judah Kamaka and Jamari Fagota and daughter Jubilee Kamaka. His father, Jeffrey Sooalo; Hanai Parents Aleni and Sesilia Tili Jr. Sisters, Julianna Sooalo, Ebony Tili-Fagota, Nakeesha and MaliaAfioga Tili, Alyssa and Ayeesha Tili-Fagota; brothers, Joseph Galo, DukeToa and Torche Tili. He was preceded in death by his mother, Analosa Fagota.

Though Jerome resided in Waianae, Hawaii, his legacy reaches far beyond any single place—carried forward in the love he gave, the loyalty he lived, and the family and friends who will continue to honor his name.
