Jerry Moke Adams, 62, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on April 6, 2016 at Pali Momi Medical Center. Mr. Adams was a former Security Officer for the University of Hawaii Manoa and most recently served as an Inner Guard with the Pearl City Elks Lodge #2669. He is survived by wife Donna Dos Santos, daughter Amber A., sons Arin K. and Jerry M. Jr., brothers Graydon Southard, John Adams, Clarence Adams (Arlene) and Matthew Adams, sisters Carole Tavares, Jeanne Denis (Carl) and Joan Manke (Jim), and grandson Zaedyn J.P. Adams.
Funeral services will be held on April 22, 2016 at Borthwick Mortuary - Maunakea Chapel. Visitation will be at 11:00am and service will begin at 12:00pm. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 3:00pm.
Casual attire suggested.
