I guess you've already heard that your son Kyle Kevin Tamotsu Dela Cruz is there with you. Probably making his way through the huge crowd up there. I tried my best to pray that he'd get better and there were literally hundreds of others praying as well. But I guess God needed him more. My heart has yet been broken 💔 again. Today marks one year that I had to let your body go. It was the hardest day of my life telling you goodbye. It feels like yesterday that I sat in your room and felt so alone and so afraid and sad because I had lost the one man who was always there for me. I love you with all my heart and soul. Valentine's Day came and went and my favorite valentine was not here with me. I love you dad with all my heart. We are having such a hard time financially and I know for sure that if you were here we would be okay. You always knew how to make things okay for the family. Dear Dad,
Today is your 73rd birthday and I am missing you so much. The way you would laugh until you cried when your sons would act crazy, the way you would hum along everytime I would be singing in the truck when I was driving you somewhere, the way you showed your love for mom when she was in Ann Pearl and go visit her twice a day. You loved her so much and I saw that in the later part of your life. You may have been a less than perfect dad in some eyes but you have always been the best dad you knew how to be, and that was good enough for me. I have met Vinnie and he is such an awesome friend and someday I hope to make him not only a part of my past and present but a part of my future. I just wish if that day does come whether its with him or someone else that you could be there to walk me down the aisle. I know you will be there in spirit but I just wish I could have had the privilege of walking down the aisle on your arm, the way Momi had a chance to do. I love you so much daddy and my heart aches for you like no one could ever understand. Be good dad until I get there to make trouble to you again. Tears flow now as I think of you. It's the holiday season and the first year without you dad.  Missed you on Thanksgiving, and will miss you on Christmas.  I remember when we were younger we would sleep my the christmas tree and when it was younger we would make so much noise.  We would cough, move around and try to wake you up because we knew the rule was we had to wait till you get up and gather as a family before we started to open our gifts. Hey Dad,

It's me Brenda. It is just 4 days away from the 4th anniversary of your passing. I miss you so much and I still cry when I hear all your favorite songs on the CD or radio.It has been so difficult for me to focus on things other than you, I know mom is not able to verbalize it, but I know she misses you so much. After all, you guys were married almost 54 years before you passed. I can still remember that day so vividly. God must have protected me as I drove as quick as I could to get home to see you, after getting that call from Cindy. A small part of me wishes I was there, but a bigger part of me is thankful I wasn't there.
I love you dad with all my heart and I pray that I will be able to be at peace soon and be able to know that you are OKAY. If I do marry someday I will feel so cheated out of the privilege of you there with me, giving me away. I told Haj that he will have to step up to the plate if and when that time arrives. So long for now DAD until we meet again. Keep those angels in line up there and make sure they do their chores. SMILE.

less then a week away and we will be 'Celebrating your Life"...What a wonderful journey you had.  In life you had some good and some that could have been better times, but all in all we make life what we want it to be.  You worked hard for your family and even though you were sick you never stop thinking about them.  God said "It's time to rest my son, your job on earth is done"  "Rejoice" dad on the goals you have made.  A great bussiness, your family, and coming to know Jesus what more can someone ask for.  "I Love you", "I Miss you" and till that time when Jesus comes for me keep the bench warm for me so that we can spend time together again.

With your memorial service being only a week away it has brought to my thoughts so many things you and I have shared. The laughs, the tears, the jokes through so many years! Your determination throughout your life has made it possible for our family to keep pushing forward. I miss you so much and is finding it so hard to stay focused. This past Tuesday night when I heard you call out my name I felt your presence near me! I hope to see up there in Heaven. Till we meet again FUDDAH!
