Joe Calvin Devance, 67, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on March 27, 2016. He was born in Harrison County, Texas. Mr. Devance was a United States Marine and he was also a Correction Officer. Joe is survived by his son, Joe Calvin Devance, Jr.; brothers, Robert Charles and Perry Lewis; 3 grandchildren.
