A visitation for John will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel, Honolulu, Hawaii. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11:30 AM, Honolulu, Hawaii.
