Josephine Westwater

She was born on May 14, 1938, in Koloa, Hawaii on the island of Kaua’i.

She was the daughter of Bonifacio M. Pedroza and Dorotea Lisue.

She graduated from Hawaiian Mission Academy on the island of O’ahu, Class of 1956.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, George Edward Westwater and Augustin Delanoza, and her eldest sister, Conchita “Daling” Tin.

She is survived by her brother, Andres “Sonny” Pedroza; sisters Carolyn Williams and Bonnie Halfacre; her daughters Lisa Buen, Stacie-Lynn Waiwaiole, & PJ Juliet Delanoza (Lisa Baxter); grandchildren, Jameson Delanoza, Courtney Nagamine (Steven Nagamine), Stephanie Mitsui (Shaun Mitsui), Stephen Paulachak (Maricel Lorenzo), Peyton Buen, Gabriel Waiwaiole (Hannah Skelton), Matthew Waiwaiole (Alana Ibrao), Skyler Buen, Ariel Waiwaiole (Christopher Gaynor), Anakin Buen and 7 great-grand-children and amounts of grand/great-grand-nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary Makai Chapel.

Visitation time at 10:30 a.m. with Services to begin at 11:30 a.m. Some food and drinks to follow
