Judy was my friend when I lived in Hawaii 1987-1993.  We worked to together at Straub Hospital in the laboratory.  She and I were connected by work, walking together during lunch and being Haole friends.  She was very good at her job and loved to travel.  She was always supportive and helpful as I was new to Hawaii with different customs and practices.  She was like an energizer bunny at work and I admired her a lot.  We kept in touch over the years and I was very sorry to hear of  her passing.
