Kelly is survived by his wife Cora Navarro, his son Jason Navarro (Laura Navarro), his grandsons Aidan and Landon Navarro.
Kelly was preceded in death by his father Aquilino Navarro, his mother Andrea Navarro, his sisters Rose Quano, Luzviminda Caasi, his brothers Saturnino Navarro, Reynaldo Navarro and Andres Navarro.
A visitation and service for Kelly will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Augustine Church by the Sea, 130 Ohua Street Honolulu, HI 96815.
Kelly will be laid to rest in Diamond Head Memorial Park, 529 18th Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816.
