Kwai Fong Choy, 81, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on July 17, 2012. He was born in Honolulu on June 17, 1931. Kwai Fong Choy was the founder and Veterinarian for Kapalama Pet Hospital. He is survived by wife Constance Y.T. Choy; sons: David (Jo-Ann) Choy and Douglas (Beth) Choy; daughters: Shari (Guy) Okazaki, Tracy Tycer; 4 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary - Makai Chapel , at 1330 Maunakea Street., Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 on August 17, 2012. Visitation is at 9:00 to 11:00a.m. Service is at 11:00 - 12:30p.m. Burial will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 45-425 Kamemeha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI on August 17, 2012 at 1:00p.m
