LeRoy Bow Chong Yuen, 78, of Honolulu, passed away on February 5, 2014. He served in the Army National Guard and was a Director of Public Utilities Commission. He is survived by his wife, Eva Yuen; son, Marty Yuen; daughters, Tammy Rodrigues, Tracy Nimura, and Marlene Yuen; brothers, Herbert Yuen, Albert Yuen, and Stanford Yuen; sisters, Myrtle Choan, Maxine Lum, Sharon Lau, and Lauralei Takahata; 4 Granchildren.
Funeral services will be held on February 18, 2014 at Borthwick Mortuary - Maunakea Chapel, 1330 Maunakea Street in Honolulu. Visitation will be at 10:00am and service will begin at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples in Kaneohe at 2:00pm.
