97, beloved mom, popo, taipo, and friend passed away on October 17, 2020, in Honolulu. She was born on June 22, 1923, in Canton, China. Mostly everyone who came in contact with her affectionately called her “Popo”. Popo (not knowing any English), would talk to everyone in Enpingnese. She would always end the conversation with a smile and a hand over her mouth to suppress a giggle knowing full well that her message could not be understood by any of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were born in the states! But oh, did we all love her spunk!
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Yue Yuan Feng, and her loving husband, Yuan Jiu Feng.
She is survived by daughters Yuet May (Lin Shun) Louie, Yue Xiang (Joan Lin) Feng, Yuet Chun (Ji Qiao) Liang; son-in-law Wotaang Feng of China; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Private services were held. Arrangements Provided by Hawaiian Memorial Cemetery.
