She retired as secretary to the Dean, of the College of Education, University of Hawaii at Manoa with 42 years of service.
Preceded by husband Tadashi.
Survived by son and caregiver Russell; daughter, Alison Numata; sister, Jennie Morinaga; brother, Richard Morinaga.
