He is survived by Brothers, John Victor, Richard (Linda) Victor, Raymond (Cara) Feliciano III and Phillip (Robyn) Feliciano; Brother in law, Jerry Tamashiro; Niece, Cindy Fung; numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
He is pre deceased by his Parents Angie and Raymond Feliciano Jr.; Sisters, Carol Tamashiro and Betty Ramos and Brother Thomas Feliciano.
Michael was a son of Kailua and he embodied all that was great about Kailua. He was an avid fan of University of Hawaii Athletics, He also enjoy attending live Nascar races with his 2 lifelong friends, Scott Botelho and Walter Guerreiro. He would give you the shirt of his back no questions asked and he’ll be sorely missed.
Visitation 10:00 am on Wednesday November 12, 2025 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary Chapel; Services 11:00 am. Inurnment to follow at 1:00 pm at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery Kaneohe, Hawaii.
