This special card was from my loving husband Michael Timothy Salsedo Sr.
For My Sweetheart, My Special Friend
No one ever touched my heart
in such a gentle way
until there was you.
I’ve discovered
something wonderful about you~~
something that took me by surprise.
I’ve known for a long time
that you were someone special,
sensitive, gentle...romantic~~
always bringing out the best in me.
But now I realize that you’re
so much more than that...
you’re my friend,
the best friend I could ever imagine.
I never dreamed
that such a perfect combination
could exist in one person.
But there you are,
and here I am...loving you.
Have a Wonderful Birthday!
Love~
Michael Sr.
&
Michael Jr.

It was always nice to walk into the Kingdom Hall and be greeted by Mike. He was always friendly and warm, never said an unkind word to anyone. I remember that one time we had dinner together. It was such a pleasant and fun evening. Hopefully, we can do it again, this time under better circumstances.
But until then, until Jehovah brings back “all those in the memorial tombs” (Acts 5:28), stay close to Jehovah. And remember how important Mike’s relationship with Jehovah was to him. His relationship with you was second only to his relationship with Jehovah. So, when he is resurrected, you are the one he will be looking for. Imagine the joy you will feel when you are reunited in a perfect world, the things you’ll be able to enjoy together that you couldn’t do because Mike’s life was cut short. But Jehovah won’t forget him. He is in the safest place that any of us could be in, that’s Jehovah’s memory
I’m keeping you in my prayers, Sweetheart. May Jehovah grant you comfort and peace.
Warm affection ~

This is my husband Michael’s favorite toy to play with on the weekends. He would spend every weekend fixing, adding, or polishing his Monte Carlo. One day when he came walking through the front door after working on his toy, I had told him that I was going to name his Monte. So, I named it “THE MISTRESS!” He loved it.
